Assignment and Transfer of Future Capital Credits

Divorce or even Death can result in the own­er­ship of a member’s cap­i­tal cred­its to shift. Prop­er dis­burse­ment of a member’s cap­i­tal cred­its can be insured by vis­it­ing Cap­i­tal Cred­its to answer your ques­tions and down­load any applic­a­ble forms. Don’t leave mon­ey on the table! Make sure your infor­ma­tion is up to date!

Conversion of Membership

In the event that a cur­rent mem­ber should want to add or remove anoth­er par­ty to or from their mem­ber­ship, they will need to do one of the fol­low­ing:

• Com­plete the Con­ver­sion of Mem­ber­ship appli­ca­tion below
• Down­load the Con­ver­sion of Mem­ber­ship [PDF] appli­ca­tion, com­plete it, and return it to us
• Con­tact us to dis­cuss Con­ver­sion of Mem­ber­ship

This process will be nec­es­sary in after a mar­riage to change a mem­ber­ship from a sin­gle account to a joint account and to keep it up to date for cap­i­tal cred­it and vot­ing pur­pos­es.
