Coastal Electric is completely back to normal business operations after the Governor's request to curtail account disconnections.
Please note that if you are still having trouble paying your bill, financial assistance may still be available at Lowcountry Community Action Agency. Applications are available at their office at 1605 Jefferies Highway. You will need a copy of your most recent electric bill to submit with your application.
The lobby and drive-through are currently open for all business activity during regular business hours. Our regular business hours are 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. We will be restricting the number of people in the office at one time to conform to safe distancing practices and we appreciate your patience as we transition back to normal operations.
Face coverings are required in all common areas inside our building and our lobby.
We do offer some alternate payment options if you choose to avoid coming into the the CEC office to keep
your account current. These options include:
SmartHub TelePay Payment Kiosk
and even Account Draft which will always keep your account
current and in good standing.
And of course, there's always our convenient drive through lanes which will remain open regular business hours.
